Jerry Janeski first broke into real estate in 1975, after a 10-year professional baseball career. Jerry began his real estate sales career with First Team Real Estate. His association with First Team since their inception exemplifies his loyalty and commitment to excellence. During his career he has been honored as #1 Salesperson for the company and also #1 Sales Volume for the Huntington Beach/Fountain Valley Board of Realtors. In 2003 he was recipient of the company's prestigious 'Life-Time Achievement Award'

His accomplishments were the result of referrals and repeat business from hundreds of satisfied clients. Jerry acting as General Partner, formed J-G Associates, a successful real estate investors' group in the 1980's with former Hall of Fame baseball player, Hank Greenberg and his son, Steve. They successfully invested in property, purchasing single-family residences and apartment buildings. To further develop his career, Jerry obtained his Real Estate Broker's License in 1985.

He was to meet new challenges from 1989-1997 when he was offered the position of Sales Manager for First Team Real Estate's Mission Viejo Office. With his expansive background, he was able to guide other agents to success by imparting his knowledge of all aspects of the ever-changing real estate market. His office grew by 70% during the recession years of the early 1990's and was rated in the top 5% of all real estate offices in the County.

Top 5% of all First Team Agents 1998 saw Jerry's return to real estate sales. Jerry's wife, Suzie joined him and today they specialize in residential and residential investment properties at First Team Real Estate. Over the years Jerry & Suzie have consistently earned First Team's prestigious Hall of Fame Award which is only presented to the top 5% of agents for the #1 company in Orange County.

Life Time Achievement Award In 2003 Jerry again received not only the coveted 'Hall of Fame' award, (for consistent high volume in sales) but the prestigious 'Lifetime Achievement Award' from First Team Real Estate. This is the highest award and honor presented to any First Team Agent. This award is the result of years of superior, professional and expert service to both his clients and to the company.

Suzie Janeski joined up with Jerry over 11 years ago. Always involved with school, community and business activities, Suzie was instrumental in innovating First Team's direct marketing system for its agents. Her interest has always been in the creative end of Real Estate. She has published illustrations for a children's magazine and originated, writes and edits the First Team agent's newsletter since it's inception over 12 years ago.

Jason Janeski is a lifelong resident of Orange County growing up in the Huntington Harbour Community of Huntington Beach and graduating from Vanguard University Of Southern California. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Political Science and was also the starting power forward for the Men's Basketball Team. Following his graduation Jason worked as an account manager and was responsible for developing and maintaining a large customer base for a local South County lease financing company. Developing his career further Jason obtained his commodities broker license and was integral in raising money for a leading commodities brokerage firm based in Aliso Viejo. When Jason decided he wanted to sell real estate, he joined and helped form the Janeski Team at First Team Real Estate in 1998.

Jason grew up knowing and learning from some of the best agents in Southern California (Jason's Dad/Business Partner, Jerry Janeski, has over 30 years in real estate investment, management, marketing, sales and has been recognized as the #1 selling agent for the entire company) and now uses this expertise to give his clients the very finest in real estate service, marketing know-how and negotiation skills.

With the complexity of the current marketplace Jason's services have been sought out and has been brought on as Chief Marketing Consultant for several lending institutions in charge of marketing and liquidating their distressed asset portfolio in Southern California.
